Akron Floor Sealer is a high-performance, thermoplastic acrylic emulsion designed specifically for indoor use. It provides outstanding adhesion, chemical resistance, and long-lasting protection on concrete substrates and resilient tiles. Even on older, cleaned concrete floors with residual embedded dirt or oil, it maintains excellent bonding strength. When used on resilient tile surfaces, it delivers a smooth finish with excellent gloss, wear resistance, and leveling properties, along with superior resistance to water and common household detergents. It is fully compatible with most floor polishes and is ideal for sealing indoor concrete, stone, marble, terrazzo, and resilient tile surfaces.

METHOD OF USAGE

Apply with mopping system or roller system, leave to dry.

DILUTION

Use Neat. No dilution is required.
